With our fresh attitudes and dedication, Texas State University – San Marcos have prepared the best No Frills Conference you will ever attend!  No Frills provides many opportunities for our region: It renders a forum for our delegates to gather and discuss awards and legislation, it provides a council to select the leaders and policies of our wonderful region, and it affords a way for the schools of our region to interchange ideas. In the preparation of this conference, we have kept all of these things in mind.
